start app

normal start

$ SSO_URL=https://domain.tld/path DB_URL=mongodb://user:pass@ip:port/authdb DB_NAME=authRxbn node app.js

debug start (with debug output/logs)

$ SSO_URL=https://domain.tld/path DB_URL=mongodb://user:pass@ip:port/authdb DB_NAME=authRxbn NODE_ENV=debug node app.js
